Has anyone bought from the AT&T store and had items forwarded by youshop or similar?

I've just bought an Atrix 2 from Harvey Norman and the AT&T store have some nice cases really cheap but when I enter anything into the "street line 2" when checking out it doesn't seem to save it? Anyone else have this issue?
