Hi,

Does anyone know how far behind Post Haste's tracking is? I ordered something from JB Hifi which was despatched on Thursday yet according to the tracking it's still in Auckland. Is this likely to just be a case of the tracking not being up to date, or do you think that something's gone wrong?

Edit: That'll teach me to hit Post without refreshing first!

Tracking Shmacking!

In December I sent a kitchen sink to a guy in Wellington by PBT Couriers.  A few days later he phoned me to complain about it not having arrived.  I checked the tracking, which said there had been a failed delivery and the customer should phone to arrange a suitable time.  A couple of days later the guy called me again - really pissed off this time.  No sense from the courtiers and still no sink.  Several phone calls later (by me to the courier) I discovered it had been stolen.  To this day the tracking info' says it's being held until the recipient phones.  I guess the software guys didn't factor in 'stolen' as a possible outcome when they were designing the system.
