So leaving for work this morning and find 2 parcels on the doorstep, delivered to the address on tha label but the person does not live at my house.  Can't see a return address.

So do I phone the courier company and they will pick-up and return to sender?  Or can I open them and see if there is a return address in side?  Or do I just bin them?

It's possibly illegal for you to open it knowing it isn't for you - just call the courier company. They can pick it up and either open it (their Conditions of Carriage will allow this) or look up the ticket details to find the return address.

Thanks for that, will do it tonight.  I thought the courier might say not my problem as they delivered to the address on the label.
