Hey guys,
Anyone got recommendations for an insurer approved (NZI) panel beaters around the Penrose (or slightly wider) area in Auckland. Courtesy car is a must! I went to Carpro on O'Rorke road but heard from a friend they are kinda shifty and I didn't get a good vibe with the guy when i went there (he seemed kind of cocky and left me standing waiting half way through the inspection while he went to talk to someone). If no better options I'll use them but just thought I'd ask around.

Maybe a little out of your way, but Crystal Panelbeaters in Carr Road seemed decent when I used them a while back; I just happened to live near them so gave them a try and they seemed friendly, gave a pretty good price (my insurance didn't cover it at the time) and did a good job.

I can sympathise with that, same thing happened to me around 10 years ago. Stationary at the tail end of a traffic jam... saw her coming in my rear view mirror, but not much I could do except brace for impact.
