Anyone else finding the new site terribly unreliable? I like it, but it won't return movies I KNOW are showing, especially since I saw them yesterday.

Next to no way to contact them either. Hopeless.

Examples of movies not returned that are showing?

Pretty standard methods of communication available.

Star Trek 9:15pm St Lukes, but it's showing now. I have had (as has my wife) problems over the last few weeks since the new site went in.

I didn't even see the customer service link down the bottom, In my opinion, because "Contact Us" is the standard link name to get to numbers and email addresses it's not ideal.

Also $1.10 booking Fee per ticket is outrageous.

We've never found their website listings to be accurate.

I've never had a problem with their listings but then again hardly visit the cinema.

'Contact Us' is fairly standard but I am yet see a commercial site without contact details.

The $1.10 fee is actually not bad (Reading Cinema charges $1.38) and is a result of the cinema using a third party to handle online transactions. Write them a letter, maybe things will change.

I'm in the same boat. I wanted to check movie for this week (this was on monday) and there were apparently no movies showing at all from thursday onwards. Quite annoying when you live far enough away that a trip to the movies actually requires some planning.
