Seems the Americans on TV3, Monday, has vanished again.

More superbowl in the US?

Does anyone know.

We are obviously not the target audience, since TV3 shafted it by shifting to a later time

Also agree. Awesome series. Series 2 will be on in 2014 according to IMDB.

Yep, and MySky didn't pick up on the shift so I missed an episode :-(  What surprised me was that we saw it very soon after it showed in the US.

I almost lost interest at the start of the second half of the series but, oh boy! did it ever pick up from there. One of my favourite shows.

Yep,

I've watched all of season 1.  I'm disappointing season two is starting in 2014 :(
Started watching 'Touch' to fill the void, but they cancelled the last episode of season 2 :(

Thats not good. Tivo picked up the change. TV3 and 4 seem to be quite good at getting shows to NZ quickly.

I think it might have remained in primetime in NZ if somehow the producers could have worked in some cooking or a talent show ;-)

Airing times seemed to move backwards and forwards so much I ended up padding the recording time by an hour each side.

I don't think I missed any episodes. Just used series link, and have a mysky. Only set first episode up to record, and then never touched it right to the end.

Have to agree it was a great show and I can't wait until Season 2 starts.

As it was for FX it has a shorter season than the big networks at 13 episodes.

Most TV series have their wiki entries, which are great to track seasons, status etc
The Americans will be back
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Americans_(2013_TV_series)

So will Homeland
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeland_(TV_series)

Too bad Prime Suspect doesn't have the luxury of another seasons. It's more believable (and more enjoyable) than some others.

Fringe had a good run, 5 seasons and an OK ending.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fringe_(TV_series)

And I really want the Dexter back...

hangon, thanks for posting this.  very interesting.  I don't understand why the TV folk don't include more info in trailers about this sort of stuff.  They seem to more shout than engage.
