Some spanker is attacking my blog. I have had over 50 'Blog Trackback Notifications' this morning and they keep on coming. All originate from an ISP in the US. All have broken links and all of them are peddling cheap meds.

Labour didn't go far enough with the 'Anti-spam' legislation. I want to be able to hunt down these idiots overseas and extradite them back to NZ for a good old fashioned flogging in a public square.

I use wordpress, which has built in SPAM management, and you can choose to approve comments/trackbacks from people who havent posted a comment/trackback before. Its goof

Trackbacks don't show until they have been approved. But yeah I got a [tr]uckload of them as well.

My WP blog has spam filtering so that if a comment/trackback is determined to be spam, it goes into a spam box just like email.

Or you can simply disable the Trackback feature on your Blog Configuration page.
