Just wondering if anyone has recent experiences with getting the warehouse to look at a faulty phone? One I bought on sale there has started playing up. I seem to remember they used to charge a $50 "inspection fee" to send a phone away to be looked at - though I recall they refunded it if the phone was faulty and still under warranty. Do they still do this and can they do it under the CGA?
Also any idea who they send it do and how thorough a job they do actually inspecting it? The problem is somewhat intermittent - sometimes it seems ok when you first unlock the phone, but most of the time after a wee bit of use the touchscreen registers touchs when nothing is touching it. I just don't want them to send it away and they turn it on for 2 mins and "inspect it" and think there is no issue.
Just interested in any recent experiences really... :)
