Just wondering if anyone else is getting the run around from Tomizone this month with regards to payments they should have made on 20th of the month ?

Did a 'Pay Me' from the account on July 24th, were advised next day via email that they would transact that on Aug 20th.

Aug 20th no payment was received, still showed on our account as "(Pending) Pay Out"'.

Waited a week, made contact with accounts via phone on Aug 27, was told they couldn't find any payment request record and then after a while they found the payment request and that it would be made later that week.

Checked again today, and still nothing processed, so called them back, spoke to same accounts person and was told, I need to check with with them in a weeks time.

So any idea as to what's going on ? Any one else having issues dealing with them ?

Thanks.
