You might need to be a bit more specific.

I signed up to shipito. Under its post centres, they have a link re: who doesn't ship here. I looked up Oakley (sunglasses) and they didn't ship it there - other customers their order was put on hold with the reason being the post address was a "freight forwarding" company, it also said non-USA credit card number. Also when you buy stuff from Oakleys they need a telephone number, if I put my NZ number or my NZ with the country code it say's "invalid number".

Same problem with US Apple Store last week and trying to send to reship.com (Portland).

Freight-forwarders no go.

Tried the order again with YouPost (NZ Post service) and no problems.

Look at Smart Buy Glasses, they ship direct. Beware delivery can be very slow but they do arrive.

CC - get a US credit/debit card or link a card with a US pay pal account
American phone number - get a Skype number or google voice number
Address - already mentioned

Sorry to be a bit blunt but... Damn, couldn't the whole thing be explained in the first post? People should consider other folks when posting.

Sometimes one needs to be blunt.

Apologies for not giving all all the info earlier.

I've done some googling for the virtual credit card but not sure if it's worth it in the end.  Just an example, I found.  $3.50US per month, 3 or 4% loading fees when you load NZD into the US CC.  Per transaction fees.  And it says some stores may know about virtual CCs and can be blocked.  I guess for the telephone no. there may be a monthly fee for that also?  Just Joe Average here, doing the odd purchase per year that's all.
