Just wondering if anyone knows of a flat that is available in the next few weeks that is not already on Trademe, flatfinder etc as our lease is running out and the place we had lined up has fallen through.
Location: Wellington
Suburbs considered: Kelburn, Northland, Thorndon, Te Aro, Wadestown
Would Need: 2-4 Bedroom, fridge, washing machine, Off Street Parking, Cats allowed, outdoor area.
Would Like: Dishwasher, Dryer, garage, TCL cable services, 2nd bathroom or toilet, deck/balcony.
Price range: $550 or less (less preferred
).Lease: 12-24 months.
I don't expect much of a response but thought I'd at least try. Also if anyone is a member of homeads and wouldn't mind letting me borrow their login I would be forever grateful.
