Hi

Just wondering if anyone on here is an employee at Genesis as our flat lease ends on the 28th of Jan and I would like to arrange to have the 28th of Jan as our last day for the power and gas bill. Just thought i'd try save a phone call :).

Even if someone is, this probably won't work as they'll need to authenticate you against the account.  Probably quicker/better to just ring them...

i also have a genesis energy login problems....i have contacted customer support which said they will let the I.T. department know but i still have login problems

anyone here work in their IT department?
