Its not the pricing you have to worry about, its the delivery time estimation :)

Still quite a backlog of orders for new home foundations. Which since they start at 5am they are booked up the hilt due to days when things go wrong/get delayed.

Talking to a concrete layer a few months ago for standard concrete you would be looking around $55-70 for square M depending where you get it from. Exposed aggregate was around $100 per square M
