Anyone bought anything from these useless people?

Purchased a car holder 3 weeks ago. Have emailed asking where it is, haven't had a single reply, have sent 4 emails. Posted on their FB page, nothing. Unfortunately there is no contact number otherwise I'd give them an expletive ridden phone call.

I've purchased from their .co.uk site without issue. Maybe harangue them about it?

Yeah they've got FB. Have posted on their wall. Seems to be a common issue with them and customers not receiving anything.

Yes, I bought a car mount. Itn was to be a Drive Time model for LG G2 After waiting many weeks it arrived but was not what I had ordered. It was another brand entirely with the Drive Time sticky stock label attached to it.  I sent it back for replacement with the correct item. I eventually got a replacement which was once again not what I ordered and with the same Drive Time sticky stock label on it.

They have so far ignored my emails asking for a refund.

I would never deal with them again.

Wanted to inquire about a Nokia wireless charger earlier this year so sent them an email. Did not receive a reply waiting 3 days so bought it from ebay instead. Lucky!

On a more promising note, I recently purchased a Sony Bluetooth headset/headphones from them on the UK release date.  They arrived with no problems.
