If you have a Dick Smith VIP card you can get Lego Mindstorms NXT for only $279 today and tomorrow (instore and online). Also 40% off tools and kits, 30% off ink, lots of other stuff.

P.S. why not have a Bargains forum on Geekzone?

Would it be less of a bargain if I did? (But I don't). Smile

Not less than a bargain, but we do not allow URL drop and free advertising.

Im sure you would be getting a staff discount on a lot of products, so the discounts may not seem as much, may still be higher than staff prices?

Yes, from the email flyer I got it is:
40% off: tools, electronic kitsets, audio/video/computer cables, mains power accessories, cellphone accessories.
30% off: telephones, toys (incl Mindstorms and Meccano), security, VOIP and Skype, flash drives, ink, test equipment, digital camera accessories, batteries
20% off: home theatre, printers, faxes, media DVD/CD, webcams, baby monitors, keyboards & mice, computer speakers
10% off: mobile phones, TVs, computers, software, digital cameras, MP3 players, hard drives, modems & broadband
They didn't mention it but there also seems to be 10% off GPS gear.

Excludes gaming, vouchers, and anything on sale, but does include clearance products. If you log in to the website with your VIP code it shows you the extra discounts online.
