From The Times:
"London’s most expensive rental property has gone on the market and is available to occupy immediately provided you can shell out £65,000 a month in rent. The Grade II-listed Audley House, which is 8,346 sq ft in size, has been brought to the market by the high-end agent Wetherell which is advertising a rent of £15,000 a week. This equates to £65,000 a month, £780,000 a year and £3.9 million over five years. Any prospective tenant would have to pay a security deposit of £90,000 plus one month’s rent upfront so a total £150,000 which could buy you a studio flat in outer London."
(Note - approximately you can double the numbers to get the NZ$ equivalent!)
