What does it normally say for 16 degrees?  And does "no clothing layers" literally mean naked?

I'm sure they normally say at least 1 clothing layer. Either way it's clearing not that funny!

The CSS for the "no clothing layers":

font-size:11px; font-weight: normal; height:48px; width:35px; background:  url(/special/april-fool.jpg) 0 11px no-repeat

Goto the Otago Daily Times ( www.odt.co.nz ) and click on the article on ultra fast water and introduction if meeteted water.
Then scroll to the comments at the end. A lot of people swallowed it hook line and sinker..

Oh boy that is classic!  Far more intelligent than one of the Sydney pranks where someone got into a school's emergency broadcast system and text/email parents that the school was closed because it burnt down.

I'm hoping the Black Caps result last night was just an April Fools joke.

The Rock FM and The Edge swapped studios for about 20-30 minutes, broadcasting and receiving calls for the wrong stations was a good prank. one person even bought a new radio for their car as they thought it was broken.
