Got an e-mail from Genesis Energy offering me to lock in my electricity and gas prices for 15 months.
A good deal or not? Keen to hear your thoughts!

Doing your best is much more important than being the best.
Bee: There is a risk sure, but I honestly think the chances of power prices going down are very slim - I took up an offer with Contact last year locking prices till March 2017(!) but so far I'm not regretting it at all!!!

For the sake of clarity, Genesis Energy's special fees and charges will not be fixed
What are they?

I've had 2 of them recently from them, threw the both away for these reasons
1) big out clause for Genesis with no cancellation fee
2) if you want out then you pay the cancellation fee
3) the rate genesis wanted to set is higher than the current rate
I could not see any real benefit for me
Common sense is not as common as you think.
