Seems like Youshop has had some kind of privacy breach. Got this direct email from them:

"We wanted to let you know about a privacy issue that has been reported by a YouShop customer. It appears that this user was able to see some limited account information in another YouShop user’s account after logging into the site.

We have taken immediate steps to further encrypt and protect your account information and our techies are working round the clock to ensure the problem is completely eliminated but as an added precaution we are temporarily restricting login access to the New Zealand Post online account until further notice.

We are confident the issue is restricted to a very small number of cases and no financial information has been divulged.

Please rest assured that any parcels you have in transit will be processed and delivered to you as normal and we are doing everything we can to get the login access to our site back up and running again as soon as possible.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience and if you have any concerns or questions, please contact our Customer Service Centre.

We will update you as soon as we have more information.

Thank you,

The YouShop team"
