If you google your address or phone number you will probably see these two sites pop up with your details

http://zercher.co.nz/

and

http://inprofil.co.nz/

Looks like the same outfit as pipcaller

They're registered with different domain registrars and have different information on the WHOIS lookups. Either the person is covering their tracks well, or they are owned/run by different people.
