I've a remote support person "helping" me and I'd like some sort of way to make his head explode .... Cause he's driving me nuts with his randomly clicking on my screen as I try to get him info to solve our problem!!!!!

That's right blame storage for every issue like everyone else does, we're the root of all evil you know! ;-)

But I'll not discuss details of the issue, customer stuff and all.

Now where is my "stab people in the face from the comfort of my own home" device ? :-)

No no, having your SPs run on XP is the root of all evil ;)
