Hi,

I'm trying to add my ASB Debit Card to my Google wallet, but I keep getting declined. Has anyone had this issue?

I added my ASB Visa Debit card to Google wallet at the end of last year without any issues. I can't remember but they may do a small charge to the account (which does get reversed) to check that the card number is correct which does mean there needs to be money in the account at the time.

The app and 'buy with google' features are available only in usa so far.

Try access this from nz for instance: http://www.google.co.nz/wallet/faq.html

But you can still pay for google services using it.

I realize that, but I can still get a Google Wallet account in NZ, just can't use the app. I would like to use it to buy Google Play All Access.

I used my asb card hmm about 6 months ago to try all access, paid for one month of it after the trial no probs. I just hit buy in the play store and entered card details. I didn't enter it through google wallet settings. Card settings saved in google wallet. I assume your google account etc are set to nz

Does $0.27 count? Lol, this is probably why, just wanted to check if anyone else has the issue.

That's exactly your issue. Google needs <= $3 NZD to "test charge" your card. It then refunds this within a matter of days.
