Has anyone had any success contacting these guys? I'm reluctant to call their marketing manager but their admin@... address doesn't seem to be managed and there are no other contact details.

Incidentally I can't help but think they are trolling a lot of people by telling them to upload pictures to increase their chances of getting more blackboxes as there's no association between the pictures and the accounts.
