Anyone who can help!!!

Its about an error in DNS. We did update in database and what we are now doing is to pushed this updates in DNS servers. The DNS server then returns:

The DNS server is currently push locked!: Error code = -2506

Anyone who can help us figure out what the problem is and help us resolve this issue?
