So instead of calling and getting no answer, people cant call. Fantastic.

So much for a "reliable network" 1 fiber down and they cant take your phone calls.

Customers are probably better-off, at least they wont waste hours on the phone, instead learning right up front that no one is going to speak to them anyway.




Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation
