I purchased a laptop online from dick smith. No invoice in or attached to the box. Is that normal or an exception?

I had to email for a copy of the invoice for a click and collect. Got nothing in store and what the site gave me was not an invoice.

Annoying. I found it now on the second trawl through my inbox. All other mail from them including delivery notification is from "dick smith" but the invoice is from "DSE".
