Has anyone else had a complete degradation in service from CourierPost for MightyApe orders?

My last two next day deliveries have taken five business days to arrive.

Nope. Received an order last week and got it the day after it shipped, as expected.

Possibly they have forgotten the way to Auckland airport.

Mmm, nope, sorry. Ordered at 12:10pm, shipped at 1:35pm, arrived at about 4pm. Didn't even upgrade to same day.

MightyApe have been refunding the shipping.  Which is nice.

I've had three Mighty Ape orders recently, and all three have arrived on release day. I'm in Whakatane.

All you can do is complain to Mighty Ape (which it sound slike you have been doing) so that they can complain to Courier Post, who will likely have a word with the driver who does your area.

Not a complete degradation, but it's a hit and miss if I'll get the delivery on the day/date Mighty Ape say I will. The Courier Post tracking shows about 50% of the time the delivery is rescheduled multiple times for the driver to pick up and deliver, resulting in it being one/two days late. I dont like ringing Mighty Ape because they keep giving me $5 $10 discounts on my next order, when it's not their fault.

I generally using their urgent say day delivery (im in auckland).  this often comes later than expected, (around 9pm instead of between 6 and 8) but always has shown up.  Once I got the wrong order but this was corrected the next day.  MightyApe shipping for me is the reason I use them, its reliable.  Well I havent had any issues.  Their prices arent the best, and can be a little slow to price match, but if you order something and over pay and they come back with a price match they will refund you which is nice.

I really wish they did a subscription for urgent deliveries.....

Always have issues with Mighty Ape with orders not turning up on time. Even when I pay for Saturday shipping it doesn't happen, once they didn't even gift wrap as requested. So will only use Mighty Ape as a last resort which is a shame as it was handy.

Although their customer service has always been good.

Alrighty.

I just sent MightyApe an email. Im sick of it. Either the couriers aren't delivering the goods on the day thy are supposed to (Which to be fair is out of MA's control to a degree) or they aren't even shipping the goods on the day they said they will.

So frustrating!

I have placed a couple of orders this month, both shipped when promised and arrived the next business day (to Dunedin)
