Sat next to him on a flight years ago from Huntsville AL to Dallas. I had no idea who he was while we chatted until the end of the flight when he got his briefcase down, I saw his name on the tag and then the penny dropped. Really nice bloke.

That vibrato... once seen and heard never forgotten. The last of the Three Kings Of Blues, he was quite an inspiration.
