Got through to payment 3 times and site simply froze at that point. 0800 number won't accept calls from mobile (we have no landline) and the 04 number is permanently engaged, so can't actually ask anyone if I succeeded in buying any.

There has to be a better way of getting tickets than this.

I got some just now which arrived ages after the browser froze immediately following the pressing of the 'Pay' button.

I never know whether the browser has sent the info, just crashed without doing anything or some other variation thereof. I could have got VIP tickets last week but at $500 a person did not really think it worth it.

I booked an hotel room 3 days ago because I realised that fairly swiftly none would be available!

Workmate booked hotel and flights a couple of weeks back once it was all announced, then scived off home to book tickets. He had issues as well at the payment page, took 3 goes but booked his 5 tickets.

I opted for the VIP package to avoid this stress as the show last time was bloody awesome and did not want to risk missing out. Hope you sort it out.

Had 7 at 12.02, took a while good the payment to process, but after about eight minutes it went through. Mates, sons are all happy, will make a weekend of it

I was unable to convince SWMBO of the efficacy of that argument despite an very erudite attempt!

Rappelle: Was on at 12.00 to get them for Wellington... Payment errored after 5 minutes (infuriating)

Tried again, couldn't get enough tickets in the stand I wanted so had to go for another one which I got in the end.

Sounds pretty much like the scenario I had. I ended up on the second attempt with 2 tickets where I wanted them but am awaiting the card statement to see if I end up being billed for 4!
