Hi all,

Just looking for some friendly advice on this one which is getting me a little concerned.

I've placed an order through techworld.co.nz after a short (3-4) email exchange with what appeared to be a very friendly and helpful person operating techworld.co.nz. I've placed the order online and transferred the money to the bank account on the same day. That was about 10 days ago now. While I did receive an email confirming my order, I have not received any emails confirming receipt of my payment/transfer. I've followed up with 2 emails since, but have yet to hear back. I'm not in a rush or anything, but I'm getting slightly concerned as to not having received any response and just thinking what my next course of action should be.

I chose to go there because I couldn't find the items I was looking for locally and they said they would source them for me. They mentioned it would take a couple of weeks, but that's fine by me. They don't have a lot of contact information on their website, I thought what the hell, it's a small local outfit and the guy was quite friendly and understanding, so why not. It's probably a good idea to support a local business than order it off amazon or newegg, plus it might save me a bit in shipping costs too.

Anyone run into this kind of issue? Any suggestions on what to do? Should I just wait and see what happens?

Cheers!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I did do some quick research on these forums to see if anyone had issues with techworld.co.nz and it seemed like a few had good experiences, albeit very not common.

If you are struggling to find contact details perhaps look at the Companies Office website.

Yep, that's the one. It doesn't seem to have any phone numbers or anything though. I'm not sure what to do with the addresses though (which appear to be residential) other than perhaps a Desperado style visit? ;)

There's a mobile phone number in the domain information...

My bad, missed that DNS info.

I've just heard back from them today by email though, so hopefully it's all sorted soon!

Cheers for the tips.
