Hi All,

I've just received a Prezzy Card from someone for my birthday. I'm trying to buy something for my daughter on MovieStarPlanet and it keeps coming up with, " Payment Declined Error At Acquirer. Try Again Or Choose Another Payment Type. " I'm not sure what this means but I've tried activating the card and it says it's already been activated. I asked the person who got me the card and she didn't know. Please help me!

"Note: A prepaid card may not work."

Of course, the reason they block prepaid cards is probably something to do with the fact that VIP membership is a recurring transaction, for which prepaid cards won't work. Typical exploitive behaviour.

But the thing is you can un-tick recurring payment and I did, so does that change your reason?
