Just spent a decent amount of money there to treat myself to something nice as a present. (22 yewww) was just wondering how hood are they with both delivery and the product actually being the.product advertised.

Quick search on the web has yielded more positive than negatives but was wondering if anyone from geekzone has dealt with them

So I've been waiting and searched my spam folder and found an email by them that I need to verify my card and all that and did it earlier at around 5am.

And to this minute have not got one reply.

I waited two hours for live chat trying to get in a chat and when I did the Lady helping was clueless and said it'll be with me at most in 10 days.

I paid for expedited shipping 7/10 days and its already been 4 days so I asked for a refund of the shipping cost and she was just like sorry bout it.

She literally said sorry bout it, I understand the whole language barrier but cmon.

Have logged tickets in the last 24 hours and heard nothing other than a reply to my post on their Facebook. Tried calling and all. But nope no one was able to help me.

So now we patiently wait, I can paste screen caps of emails and such and future chats if you guys want me to be a Guinea pig of sorts for this site to test it out and keep this updated.

you can't expect a small business to respond to queries 24/7! if you want that buy from say Amazon

have brought a couple of things off them

pretty slow with their responses

and slow with shipping - incl most recently:

i paid - then got message "your item has shipped" - 2 weeks later another message "sorry we cant ship with ems please pay more $ for dhl 4 - 7 day business shipping" - i reluctantly pay - its now 4 days later -  and the status still says with ems  : / 

i have however got everything i did order from them

but in balance - can't say i recommend them : /

Just got another reply.

Took them till the end of the working day yo reply so now there goes the schedule of shipping I paid for.

The worker just said it'll be shipped soon and I'll get the tracking number soon and other related timing estimations of soons.

Bpught my pipo x7 through them. They were ok to deal with and there was no questions asked when I bricked my Pipo.. Just replaced with a new unit after i posted the old one back.

So something messed up happen.

Request a full refund from them and if they dont comply then do a chargeback thru your bank.

They are worse than DX at useless support and slow shipping. I have basically avoided DX recently because everything I have wanted has been available on aliexpress, and that tells you how long processing is and if its not shipped at the end of the processing time you can get a refund on it.

Yeah I told them if its not shipped on the 5th that'll I'll request a gull refund and the person said it was all okay.

Up to two weeks for a refund tho lol
