Probably comes up as an invalid number or that theres no record of anything against that number.

Ive had multiple issues with that among multiple couriers lately, annoying but long as the package turns up in a decent time frame (usually 3 days max), I dont get concerned.

Jase2985: what is the issue?

The issue WAS how to enter the number in to the post haste tracking software and find out were the parcel is.
Sorted now.

thanks
