Hi everyone, I just had an item delivered today from Noel Leeming and it looks like it was a floor/display model. It has wear and tear, no packaging or instructions. I've sent them an email for an explanation, but wondering if anyone had anything like that happen before.

Was a Fitbit Aria Scale.

Probably a stupid question but...

On the page you bought it from, are you sure it didn't say display model or anything?

I have never seen that mentioned on any NL page, just thought I would ask though.

It probably got mixed up with the new stuff and I'm sure they will replace it.

Had the same thing when parents bought their DVR online from NL. Obvious re-boxed floor stock, and they forgot the remote!! Contacted them, and they sent a new one out, along with courier ticket to return original one.

Had a similar mistake made by JB Hifi when I made my big home theatre purchase. $3000 TV was delivered and was a faulty unit that had been returned by a customer! They sorted it out quick smart and were very apologetic.

Cheers,
Joseph

I placed an online order for a DSLR body a few months ago and went to pick it up in store. When they handed me the box I thought it felt a bit light so I had a look inside, and discovered that it was an empty box belonging to the unit that they had on display!

They clearly have loopholes in their processes and I will never shop there again.
