Anyone have a contact at IBM NZ ?
Trying to get quotes on repair / updated warranty on a tape library and getting nowhere.... phone system sends me in loops and when I do get someone they take my details and say someone will get back to me. Emailed them on 2 different addresses, no response...... now been told by our usual supplier that IBM takes 3 weeks to get back to them with quotes and warranty is usually as much as a new unit.... ARGHHH!!!
