Hi There :)

Does anyone know the right processes to release a Press Release?
Is there any particular etiquette that needs to be followed for email/fax (I know there's spam laws in place now, but not sure what that means for a press release).

Just wanting to find out more how to do this. Perhaps someone can point me in the direction of a website or perhaps give some pointers?
