apparently up upper half of cashmere is out of power...

I just got a txt from my friend goes by *ellipsis* on this forum and he is out of power and says that everyone above him is out of power, yet I live down the road and I have power :D

Just wondering if anyone else doesnt have power? (you dont need to reply now feel free to reply when you have power back again) :P
