Just returned from this awesome movie called - CloverField

Visual Effects, Sound Effects, the way they have taken the movie  are awesome, but why the abrupt end and why they show it as something from US Government archives?? 1 hr 15 mins and when the end is nothing...hmm....

Do anybody know more about this movie, please share here Smile

Chaks

Well, the effects are cool n' all, but the movie is really a love story.

It is also the biggest product placement vehicle for Nokia I have ever seen. The city is looking a bit levelled, but the mobile phone network lives on for Nokias benefit!!!

I thought the Defence video idea was a pretty good one. The taping over the old recording was well done too.

In other words - I enjoyed it!

Did you notice the monster falling from the sky into the ocean at last?

And also there is a audio being played after the credits which is deciphered as "Its Still Alive"

I have to agree that movie was really awesome!

Yes. At the start of the movie it has 'Department of Defense - classified' etc, and 'video recovered from the area formerly known as 'Central Park''.

In other words, we are watching a video that the US Department of Defense found in what was left of Central Park. Thats where the main characters were at the end of the movie. Department of Defense must have combed over Central Park and found the video camera under the bridge.
