I want to help a family in need this Christmas,

Do you know any children that would really love a desktop computer for Christmas but their parents haven't got the funds to get one for them? I'm in Auckland so am happy to pay for and personally deliver A new computer and offer a few hours of my time to train the child on windows 10 and teach them how to do a few cool things.

Please only genuine people contact me,

If you can help me find someone please PM me....

Thanks. -Steve.

I'm sure that there will be no shortage of suggestions for this!

Someone local would be good for continuing support. A budgeting service in your area probably knows a few. No computer probably means no ISP. You might also provision an internet service for a year and reduce the computer budget a bit.

That's terrific of you!
I'd make a suggestion as I work a couple hours a week in a decile 2 school but you're in Auckland so should give one there so you can go over and help them with it.
What a lovely Christmas some family will have because of you.
