IS there some way to report people who casually litter?

Almost on a daily basis now I see people throwing things out their car window and I have a dash cam showing it.

The most strange thing that happened today, I was walking in Manukau and about 4 or 5 women were smoking and as they left they all tossed their cigarettes on to the road beside the building.

It's especially smokers that seem to think it's OK to just toss their cigarettes where ever they please, or is that the norm in New Zealand?

Yes I am thanks, I will report people from now on with Dashcam video as evidence. It's getting ridiculous.
