So, how many active geeks from Whangaparaoa are on here ?

Be interested to know, could organize occasional drinks at Jac's or hold local LAN or something...... saves on those trips off the peninsula to get your gaming/geek fix ;)

Whangaparaoa represent woop woop. Actually, not to sound too stalkerish, but do you catch the bus to work XPD? Looking at your avatar I think I've seen you at the Silverdale bus stop.

Wonder how long it will be before the council slaps a no parking ticket on the grass areas at the Silverdale bus depot.

Army Bay pleb here (Well, technically Hobbs Bay, but no one's heard of that).

Bring on penlink...

Already been done, was a $40 fine until there was a massive outrage at it.  The signs were kicked over and eventually removed.

I'm in Massey.  Would happily travel out for a casual LAN event.  I've thought about attending the big ones, but they're too...Big.

big ones tend to suffer from the same faults of small ones just to different degrees.

Last bigone i went to was a few years back, but it was pretty decent, Its definitely the sorta thing you want to go to with a group of mates so you can go and do small things when other stuff is happening
