Hello, I'm interested in selling replica shoes/watches online legally. I'm not trying to break any laws or be sued. Is there any way possible to legally sell replica goods online? What if you state the items are slightly different than the original.. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

Just don't

Not worth the legal issues you will have.  Companies are very hard on people that sell knock offs. You will also get people thinking its the real thing (even if you spell it out that's its not) and that just opens a new can of worms.

@likhil Selling ' replicas legally ' you can't use those 2 words in the same sentence and I don't think you are going to get much love here but more liked banned

Even if the product does not have a company name on it (like nike) if it even looks like a nike shoe they will have issues with it and you will get the letters from their lawyers demanding you hand over the product and stop selling.

The letter will say something along the lines of the product you are selling is "similar and creates confusion to buyers"

Just don't. There isn't a way to legally sell replicas. Whatever you do it's going to be breaking copyright and trademark laws and you will be caught.
