This morning I received a call: of course introducing themselves as from the security team at Microsoft. Managed to record the last 10 mins of the call, but before HE hung up on me he said: "let me tell you one thing sir, you're a jacka**, do you know that?"

A new low, at least for me. Has anyone had similar, or -worse-?

Last one I had, I promptly told him off because my curry I ordered was late.

Oh yes I do

I abused one and hung up one day.

Next thing phone rang again

"Listen here Mother F****r there is still a f*****g problem with your computer Mother F*****r." and on he went.

I lost it and started laughing my head off! Hung up again.

As I mentioned before I "accidentally" played a pr0n video while "trying to turn my PC on". She hung up on me ;)

Another one called me last week, but this was a "SEO expert". He wanted to talk to the business owner and asked me if I knew my website was not appearing on Google. I replied "Really?" and he confirmed "Yes, you are losing money but I can help you."

I just told him to... well, you know what - and hung up.

5 points for each additional person you talk to
10 points for each time you are cursed
10 points for each time he calls you back
10 points for each line you say from a Monty Python skit
100 points for each line *he* says from a Monty Python skit
100 points for recording the call and sharing it

I keep an MP3 copy of the ringtone "Angry Indian" on my desktop.

Even if my computer is not turned on, they will wait till it is.

After ensuring the audio volume is adequate, I play it back into the phone.

It seems that every time I do this, for some reason they have hung up on me before I could get back to them.

In all seriousness they personally defraud millions of dollars from helpless kiwis every year.

Essentially they're beyond the reach of the law, even Microsoft themselves are mostly powerless to stop them.

I don't give a cr@p they "have families to feed" they are not stupid, they're not just "following a script" they are systematically defrauding some of the most defenseless people in our society, while bringing nothing but disrespect to my chosen industry.

They're all lowlife scum who I would not piss on should they be on fire.
