Hope this is in the right forum, but I'm looking for a reliable IT Technician who could help a family member connect up some wireless security cameras to a wireless router. They've had range issues when using their TP-Link TD-W8968 with a couple of Foscams and have since bought a newer Netgear unit (I don't have the model number). With the Netgear unit, the connectivity seems a lot worse.

I'm hoping I can resolve this issue remotely (although dealing with Wireless issues remotely is a hard ask) - failing that, can someone who lives in the area recommend a tech or company who could assist them? They are in the Barrytown area.

They also have an issue with what sounds like a remote AV sender and a Sky decoder, which might be another job needing sorted as well.

Thanks

Do they have IT on the West Coast yet?
