I'm trying to solve a customer error that's a result of mis-documentation, mis-addressing & contractor mistake.
I've got 2 ICPs connected to public utility metering that are on opposite an Auckland intersection.
Despite gathering all the paperwork & photos, knowing the Electricity Registry addresses are ambiguous, I'm having a hell of a job convincing the meter owner that there's been a series of unfortunate events.
Aurora Energy, in Dunedin, has public access to a web ArcGIS portal that helps me generally identifying the termination points for their ICPs. To get that same information our of the sprawl the is Vector is a nightmare.
Can anyone here refer me on to a contact in Vector (Network or/& GIS team?) who can help me fix the issue? It'll also fix multiple problems for retailer, network & never owner.
