Usenet as in discussion groups? Not sure it's even used for that much anymore. Usenet as a source of pirated content? Nope.

Forums have taken over a majority of Usenet groups, altho its a bit more hassle finding the right forums to join and having to visit multiple sites.....

Yeah... it has the same kind of feel as nz.general had in the 90s. Except GZ is more well-behaved. :)
