'Loaded' Card

I got one of those New "Loaded" cards last week and transferd money onto it on monday night from my kiwibank account and there is still no money on my card.Anyone else having problems with this New card????

Yeah - I have exactly the same problem. I see your post was 10 days ago - did the money turn up yet? I live in hope. I've tried calling them but its useless. They just say "we have no record of your payment, please contact your bank" So I call the bank and they confirm the payment has gone to the correct bank account number so they say call Loaded.

I'm getting a bit worried now.

If you were with Westpac, you could have a Debit card instead.

No additional fees or hidden astronomical costs, works just like you ATM card but with credit card capabilities, accessing your chosen bank account.

And no need to fart around with 'top-ups'

Not everyone can or will move to Westpac (what if you have several mortgages with your current bank... etc).

I got a loaded card - applied on day 1, and it arrived about 6 working days later.
That night, I topped up via Kiwibank deposit, and it showed up overnight.

Triple check your card number etc on the deposit.

Tell Kiwibank you want the deposit reversed. I am not sure how this works though (Or if it can even be done).

Ask Loaded to look into it further (perhaps a Kiwibank letter stating the deposit happened would help).
