I'm waiting for something to be delivered to me with next day delivery but it has not arrived. The NZ Post tracking has not being working for over a day so I have no idea where it is.

 

I'm getting the email updates but it's not reflecting it's status online. So my stupid question is "would the tracking system cause problems in the item being delayed"???

It has broken many many times recently. Check the nz post twitter feed for the latest on it, but nothing I have had delivered seems to have been delayed, and the info is still there when it finally does come back up again.

 

Also breaks overseas trackers ability to get data, so dont bother tracking on the source post companies site as they just show nothing for ages till it is delivered when they are having tracking problems.

 

At least the emails to say I have something in the po box are still working.

I had something coming from YouShop USA, and tracking was not working on Wednesday. It arrived yesterday (only paid for postage on Saturday, so pretty impressive), and tracking wasn't going then either.

Mate their tracking system sucks pure and simple, Our suppliers send items to our business all the time and their tracking is never in touch with anything.

NZ POST Twitter feed said it's now working and that was three hours ago. WTF!!??

 

I'm guessing am more pi**ed off that I paid for next day delivery. It was dispatched/collected on Tuesday and it's now Friday and it's not being delivered to a rural address.

I have cancelled orders that have taken too long to arrive.

 

Not usually courierpost that cause problems tho, its crap couriers like post haste and nz couriers that just dont bring things next day all the time.

I've just tried the NZ POST phone option 0800 501 501 and the entered my tracking number to be told: "Sorry. This item has not yet been received." what does that mean?
