Having read a few remarks about getting my (your) information from the New Zealand Herald, I thought I would share some interesting tidbits from the Sydney Morning Herald.

I usually go online and check out Column 8 and Weird News.

How's this for weird...  'Man gets Pregnant'  (only he's a she...)  Oops, sorry, 'He' isn't pregnant, its his wife...  Says the neighbour.

And what about the man from Motueka who rang the police communications centre claiming he had been/was being raped by a wombat.  In New Zealand.  It is such a great read, especially just for the literary thrills!

I thought I would intentionally leave the subject line wide open, so you can add your marvels without being accused of going off the thread...

Should be fun?

I usually read Fark before going to bed. You will find some of the news in the main newspaper here in New Zealand show up there a couple of days before...

And they have really funny comments...

If I read that before going to bed I will never get there.  Thanks.  Better than the links from bored - dot - com...  Excuse me while I hop over to my other tab...
