i have a LgG4 its been a great ph love the camera

lastnight it decided to freeze its never done this before so i just took the battery out put it back in n now it wont start up past the lg logo ive tried plugging into power, ive tried holding buttons down i managed to get to the hard reset menu a couple of times but wont let me select yes to reset aaaaahhhhhhhh dont know what to do i purchased this ph from harvey norman they have said to bring the ph into them to have a look at thats all fine but i live miles away and will not be going near a harvey norman store till after the new year any help would b appreciated if its gunna work :(
